CUSTOM ENGINEERING & CO-DESIGN
Our engineers engage at the schematic level. Bring us your PCB layout, your chassis drawings, and your signal requirements — we'll specify the right conductor gauge, shielding type, connector series, and strain relief geometry to meet your design intent.

WEATHERPROOF & ENVIRONMENTAL SEALING
Winegard has built weatherproof connectors for rooftop satellite antennas and outdoor cellular equipment for decades. O-ring sealed F-type, IP67 gland seals, and UV-stable jacketing are standard offerings — not upcharges.

RF PERFORMANCE CHARACTERIZATION
Our in-house RF lab — including spectrum analyzers and vector network analyzers — lets us verify insertion loss, return loss, and shielding effectiveness on production cable assemblies. We don't ship blind.

VERTICALLY INTEGRATED PRODUCTION
Cable assembly production is co-located with our PCB fabrication, CNC machining, injection molding, and final assembly lines. This means your cable assemblies can ship with the finished product, not weeks later from a different vendor.
